The cost of shipping is indicated during the checkout process, and is included in the total invoice. Orders are generally being processed and posted within 10 working days.
Please note that we will not ship product outside of Australia.
GiftGlobal uses the Post Office and quality couriers to deliver your products. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. We recommend using registered post to cover your purchase in any incident of delivery problems.
Returning Defective Merchandise
We will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective merchandise provided that:
b) the product is returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
c) the product is in its original condition with the packaging intact.
Returning Non-defective Merchandise
Please carefully check the products prior to purchasing.
Should you wish to obtain a refund for a non-defective product we may do so (at our discretion) on the following conditions:
b) the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
c) the product must be in it original condition, including its original packaging, and
d) We will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the product to you and we may at our discretion deduct the cost of the credit card transactions from your refund.
